Refund policy

(Returns & Exchanges)

Article 1: If you contact us within 7 days of the order's delivery, the products may be exchanged. However, this excludes products whose product page explicitly states that returns are not accepted. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact customer support from our website. Please exercise caution when placing an order, as we do not accept product exchanges or returns for the customer's convenience in the following cases. Moreover, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

(1)8 days have passed since the delivery date and we have not been contacted by the customer
(2)Products that have been used, or whose packaging has been opened

(3)Products that have been damaged or stained under the customer's care
(4)Products with accessories or parts that have gone missing under the customer's care
(5)Products without the packaging included at the time of delivery
(6)Products whose product label has been removed
(7)Products produced specifically for the customer, such as custom-made products and products with names written
(8)Products that have been altered (trimmed) or washed
(9)Any other case in which the store has deemed that exchanges cannot be accepted based on the above criteria


2. We will assist you if the product you have contacted us about is defective or is different from the product you ordered.

3. In the above case, the store will pay the shipping fees for returning the products, and you will be refunded within 5 business days after the products have arrived and we have confirmed that they are in good condition. Please note that refunds for credit card payments will be processed according to your credit card company's rules.
